Grand Traverse Resort & Spa Changes Protocols to Reduce COVID-19 Spread

The Grand Traverse Resort & Spa is still open for most services but is doing things a little differently. The waiting rooms are now closed so customers must wait in their cars before their appointments and call when they arrive. The spa is also prioritizing cleaning efforts with a Clorox spray machine that disinfects all areas once a day.
