Highland Heights P.S. in Peterborough Reports Positive Case of COVID-19

“We want to reassure you that the school will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected this evening. In addition to our daily pandemic cleaning protocols, which include increased cleaning and disinfecting of high touch surfaces, and thorough cleanings in the evenings, our school will be disinfected with an electro-static sprayer tonight. The Clorox Total 360 System is approved for use against the virus that causes COVID-19; it kills cold and flu viruses, MRSA and norovirus in two minutes or less, kills 99.9% of bacteria in five seconds and can even sanitize soft surfaces. It has been used effectively in schools and other education settings for several years. Schools are disinfected on a regular basis, and schools with positive COVID-19 cases will be prioritized for immediate disinfection,” the school’s principal wrote.
